But where do I begin?
There has been so much that has happened, so let's just start from the beginning.
WE ARE HOMEOWNERS! We got the keys to our first home November 17, 2010. It is perfect! It is exactly what we were hoping for and more. We are so, so happy! Which is perfect timing as our family has expanded! We welcomed Baby Kees #2 May 25, 2011... a very healthy 9lbs, 5oz 20.5 inches long beautiful baby boy, Rylan James William Kees. He is perfect! We couldn't be happier and Big Brother Tanner just loves him!
We went on our annual Michigan trip in July and had a blast! Rylan was only 5 weeks old, but both Ry and T were amazing travelers and we had such a great time. Plus, Great Grandparents Dona and Jim were able to see Tanner and meet Baby Ry. Along with Uncle Dan, Cousin Laurel, Aunt Kris and Uncle Dick. It was a blast!

Tanner started Preschool. Where has the time gone. He is in the Discovery Room at the Children's Center at Humboldt State University and he just loves it! He also turned 3! We had a Pirate Party, per his request, and had so much fun!
For Halloween, we kept with the pirate theme and we were a family of pirates. We actually went trick-or-treating this year and Tanner loved it!

We hosted Thanksgiving again this year; but it was just a small gathering.
We spent Christmas in New Mexico and had a blast! It was so great to see everyone (Grammies Pam and Sharna, Great Grandma Alice, Poppa Rocky, Auntie Shal, Uncle Jeff, Uncle Bennie, Cousins Zephyr, Onyx, Julia, Nico and Katie). It was great being able to play with all the cousins. So, so fun!
I went back to work full-time and have been struggling with it ever since. I miss my boys so much but know this is what I have to do (for now).
Let's see... oh, I also turned the Big 3-0 on Valentine's day. And my husband and BFF put a surprise party together - they got me good. We had such a great time. I am so lucky!
Well, we should now be about caught up. I am vowing to be better. Please enjoy some recent pictures.
